  • Hung Ga Curriculum

    • The Core of our Kung Fu program, and the most important class we teach here. This Class teaches the Hung Ga curriculum as passed down through our lineage; this includes stance training and traditional skills, Forms and weapons, and the more advanced skills that can only be properly understood and trained with progression through the curriculum

    • There are NO SECRETS being held back, only increased understanding and capabilities relative to experience and effort. All students are encouraged to attain their true potential.

    • The only class with sashes and rank progression

  • Kung Fu Fitness

    • Kung Fu performance requires physicality, and this is the class to train it! With a combination of body-weight exercises and traditional Kung Fu fighting drills, we will work in a safe but challenging environment to develop cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, improve flexibility and coordination, and burn calories on our way to enhancing our Health!

  • Hung Ga Tough

    • Hung Ga practitioners are famous for the toughness and power – train and tap into it! More advanced and more traditional than the Fitness class, these classes focus on body strengthening, joint resiliency, and physical conditioning (not to be confused with cardio or stamina) using a variety of traditional methods and tools.

  • Kung Fu Fighting

    • The core of traditional Kung Fu is the development of fighting skills; whether the goal is self defense or participation in future full-contact tournaments, this is the class for you! You will do partner exercises at a speed and intensity appropriate to your skill and comfort level, with an emphasis on skills that you can Learn TODAY and Use TODAY.

  • Qigong and Advanced Material

    • An often overlooked or under-estimated component of Kung Fu training is the non-physical aspect. With material appropriate to all skill levels, this class includes a vast collection of Qigong and meditation knowledge and exercises which can enhance personal training, Kung Fu performance, energetic work, and more; most classes will be enhanced if you bring a pen and paper!

  • Tai Chi

    • A great way to start your Saturday! Our Tai Chi class includes popular Yang and Chen barehand forms, Tai Chi Sword and Fan, partner exercises, Qigong and Meditation. Whether your goal is to enhance your Life and Self, to manage and rehabilitate old injuries, or to maintain function and flexibility as you age, this class can help!

  • Women's Fitness and Self Defense

    • An incredibly valuable class meant to help ​women of all skill and fitness levels be healthier, stronger, safer, and more confident in their daily lives. We are all adults and don't want to commit too much of our time to seminars and training, but this is a regularly occurring class because seminars often are not enough for people to truly learn and incorporate self defense skills. A large portion of the class is fitness, because strength makes techniques more effective and improves daily life. We draw our exercises and teachings from many sources including Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Yoga, as well as a variety of strength and wellness tools. Come improve yourself with these classes! 

  • Private Classes

    • Private classes can be for people who wish to learn curriculum material in a non-standard order (or without signing up for the Hung Ga classes) or people who would like teaching of material normally taught at a time they cannot attend, as well as material not taught as part of the normal classes.

    • This includes self-defense and other seminars, as well as family classes (for children 12 and under and their parents)
